My experience extends across a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), prolonged exposure (PE), eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR), schema therapy, emotionally focussed therapy and Gottman therapy.
I have a particular interest in working with people during life's key transitions, mental health issues, trauma and, ADHD. My client base includes all levels of APS, current and past serving ADF members, AFP, medical practitioners, legal practitioners and the general public.
